Founded in 1989, Chieh Ling Screws Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a veteran maker of fasteners and hardware, largely for higher-end furniture and bicycles, with more than 30 years of experience in OEM (original equipment manufacturing) business.
Chieh Ling is one of a few Taiwanese makers engaged in specialty screw and washer assemblies in Changhua County, central Taiwan, with monthly output of 400 to 500 tonnes, and high regard among downstream customers mainly due to its concentration on continuous improvement of manufacturing capability through R&D.
Religiously believing that good quality is achieved through sound production and R&D, Chieh Ling therefore insists that all directors and managers be involved in developing new fasteners and parts, and come up with optimal manufacturing processes to ensure qualitative consistency and reliability, as well as short lead time.
The company’s production line has state-of-the-art cold-forging machines and related production equipment, almost fully automated to ensure customers high production efficiency and added value.
The firm was ISO-9001 certified in 2003 and continuously upgrades its production and R&D capability, hence well known among buyers in Southeast Asia, Europe and the U.S.
