Homn Reen Enterprise Co., Ltd., founded in 1985, specializes in making screws in Taiwan with a topflight R&D team, which enables developing, mass producing a wide variety of standard and custom screws. ISO/TS 16949-certified, the company also fills OEM orders for automotive suppliers.
Homn Reen exports mainly to the U.S., Latin America, and EU, leaving only a small quantity for the domestic market. With a work force of 190 in the local plant, the company has a monthly production capacity of 1,500 tons of screws, including mainly self-tapping, chipboard, drywall, roofing, composite, concrete, machine, thread-cutting, thread-forming screws, wood screws, and collated screws.
Continually investing to upgrade production equipment and enhance manufacturing skills, Homn Reen is always detail-oriented, consistently dedicated to making screws meeting global standards that are highly recognized by customers.
To better serve customers and save customs duties, Homn Reen set up a plant in Vietnam in 2010 to produce standard products, leaving its Taiwan factory to focus on high-end items.
This year, a new, integrated production line in the Vietnam plant is about to become operational, which is expected to make the plant’s monthly production capacity reach 400~500tons of screws, and surge further to 1,000~2,000 tons in the near future.
